Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your work email, organization, role and any message. We also receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and we note how you arrived at the site (for example, the referring website or campaign link) so we know which channels are working.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, including a one-time confirmation email, send scenario guides and set up demo access.
- To follow up about Vantros services you asked about.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business (for example, website hosting, our database provider and our email delivery provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of our users.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to authorized Vantros staff.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing helpdesk@vantrosusa.com.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses local storage only to remember how you first arrived at the site, which is sent with a form if you submit one. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. You can clear local storage or disable it in your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
