Why I Built Vantros.IQ

Why a veteran and serving Guard NCO built his own learning platform, and what it does differently.

Ask most leaders whether last quarter’s training worked, and you’ll get a completion rate. Ninety-four percent finished. Everyone signed the sheet. The box is checked.

But finishing a course isn’t the same as being ready. A completion rate can’t tell you who will freeze on a job site, who will miss a reporting deadline, or which team still doesn’t understand the new process.

So organizations keep paying for training they can’t prove worked. Vantros.IQ exists to change that.

Why I built it

I’m a U.S. Army veteran who still serves as a Public Affairs NCO in the Army National Guard, and I’ve spent my career building training. Both have taught me the same lesson:

Readiness is measured, not assumed.

In the military, nobody calls a unit ready because everyone sat through a briefing. You prove it.

Civilian training rarely works that way. I’ve worked inside learning management systems that were confusing for learners, tedious for administrators, and couldn’t answer the one question leaders actually ask: are my people ready?

Eventually I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it. I decided to build the platform I wished I’d had.

What Vantros.IQ is

Vantros.IQ is a mobile learning platform designed around three principles: it should be logical, easy to use, and able to prove results.

The platform is only half of it. Vantros also designs and produces the training itself: instructional design, video and interactive lessons. Because Vantros builds your training and sees how your people answer, the loop closes.

Where it fits

Many organizations buy their platform and their training separately, and measuring whether it worked falls between the two.

Vantros is built to close that gap. Because the platform and the training come from one place, it works for whatever outcome you need to move:

We built it for organizations where readiness has real consequences: frontline teams, regulated work and multi-site operations.

What’s next

Vantros.IQ is opening to a small group of design partners. Design partners get early access, direct input on the roadmap, and training built around their goals. In return, they help us prove what the platform can do with real results.
